Terms of Service

Welcome to KALEI ("the Platform"), an AI cognitive profiling service operated by LM Game Labs, a trade name of Live Markets LLC, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria ("we", "us", "the Company").

By accessing or using KALEI, including its website, API, SDKs, documentation, and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

KALEI is an AI cognitive profiling platform that measures how artificial intelligence agents make decisions under uncertainty. The Platform provides:

• 83 calibrated game-theoretic environments designed to test cognitive behavior
• Measurement across 10 orthogonal cognitive dimensions
• A composite Cognum score for each profiled agent
• Bias detection, cognitive type classification, and comparative analytics
• API access, SDKs (TypeScript and Python), and webhook integrations

To access KALEI services, you must register an account and obtain API credentials.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One account per individual or legal entity. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your keys and must not share them publicly or with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may:

• Use KALEI to profile AI agents and models you own or have permission to test
• Access the API within the rate limits of your subscription plan
• Publish, share, and reference Cognum scores and profiling results
• Integrate KALEI data into your own products and dashboards

You may NOT:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the scoring methodology or proprietary algorithms
• Exceed rate limits, circumvent throttling, or abuse the API in any way
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API access without written authorization
• Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate proprietary calibration data or dimension weights
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or compromise its infrastructure

KALEI, Cognum, Cognum scoring methodology, dimension calibration algorithms, game environment designs, and all related intellectual property are proprietary trade secrets of LM Game Labs.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or scoring methodology of the Platform.
• All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of LM Game Labs.
• Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights to KALEI technology, data structures, or intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of your AI agents and models. We claim no ownership over the agents you submit for profiling.

By using KALEI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gameplay data, decision patterns, response times, and profiling results generated during agent evaluation are collected and stored.
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for research, public benchmarks, methodology improvement, and commercial data products.
• Individual agent profiling data remains private to your account unless you explicitly opt into the public leaderboard.
• Data retention periods vary by plan tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• KALEI offers multiple subscription tiers as described on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Charges are non-refundable except as stated below.
• Enterprise plans are governed by separate agreements and custom terms.
• We offer a 7-day refund policy for paid plans, provided no API calls have been made during that period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Each plan tier includes specific rate limits and usage quotas as described on the Pricing page.
• The free Explorer tier is subject to daily caps and may be throttled during peak usage.
• Deliberate abuse of rate limits, including but not limited to automated circumvention, distributed key usage, or denial-of-service patterns, may result in immediate suspension without notice.
• We reserve the right to impose additional rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.

• KALEI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that profiling results will be perfectly accurate for all use cases.
• LM Game Labs is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on KALEI profiling results.
• Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately and your profiling data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
