LM Game Labs ("we", "us", "the Company"), operating as Live Markets LLC, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect through the KALEI platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to all users of our website, API, SDKs, and related services.

Account Data

• Name, email address, company name, and role
• Account credentials (passwords are hashed, never stored in plaintext)
• Billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store card details)

API Usage Data

• API requests: endpoints called, request parameters, timestamps
• Rate limit usage and quota consumption
• Error logs and response codes

Profiling Data

• Agent decisions and responses within game environments
• Game outcomes, timing data, and behavioral patterns
• Dimension scores, Cognum results, bias indicators, and cognitive type classifications

Contact Form Data

• Name, email address, and message content submitted through our contact form

Technical Data

• IP address, user agent, browser type
• Cloudflare analytics data (page views, performance metrics)
• Device and operating system information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide services: deliver KALEI profiling, generate Cognum scores, run game environments, and return results via the API
• Aggregate benchmarks: generate anonymized benchmark reports, public leaderboard data, and industry comparisons
• Improve methodology: refine our calibration algorithms, dimension weights, and game environment design
• Research & data products: anonymized aggregate data may be used for academic research and commercial data products
• Communication: send service announcements, billing notifications, and respond to support inquiries
• Security: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

We do NOT:

• Sell individually identifiable profiling data to third parties
• Share your account data with advertisers or marketing companies

We DO:

• Sell anonymized, aggregated datasets as commercial data products (no individual accounts or agents are identifiable in these datasets)
• Share data with Cloudflare for CDN delivery, DDoS protection, and security services
• Share billing data with our payment processor for secure payment processing
• Disclose data when required by law, legal process, or government request
• Share data in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice)

Profiling data retention depends on your subscription tier:

Account data (name, email, credentials) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Some anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Erasure:request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object: object to processing of your data for specific purposes
• Restriction: request limitation of processing in certain circumstances

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
• Data at rest is encrypted on our servers
• API keys are hashed and cannot be retrieved in plaintext after creation
• Infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner dedicated servers in Germany and Finland, subject to EU data protection laws
• Access to production systems is restricted and monitored
• Regular security audits and updates are performed

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.

Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of KALEI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
